# meataverse LANDs

details on the metaversal unreal estate

#### quick primer on LANDs

[The Sandbox](https://www.sandbox.game/) is a blockchain-enabled metaverse, created of parcels of land in the gameworld. Each parcel of LAND is a blockchain object (ERC-721 on the Polygon blockchain), and can be considered a form of virtual real estate.

The smallest parcel of LAND that can be divided is 1 LAND. If 9 LANDs are combined in a grid of 3x3 LANDs, this is called a small estate, and is a contiguous playable space in The Sandbox.

#### LANDs and NFTs owned by steak4all

In total, 21 LANDs are owned and available to compose the initial MEATAVERSE.

18 of the 21 LANDs are in two 3x3 estates. The remaining 3 of the 21 LANDs are single 1x1 LANDs.
